Abstract

The purpose of this statement is ·to describe some of the concerns which have framed the preparation of this installation, I do not intend this statement to take the place of a discussion of content ("content" meaning the phenomena and issues referred to in the installation itself). I do not intend this statement to take the place of theoretical texts which may inform a point of view. I acknowledge that the installation itself is comprised of a very large number of writings; this statement does not "stand for them", or vice versa.
