Abstract

The present work, "E", attempts to deal with the artist's problem (mine) of explicating, exposing, elucidating, examining this method of 'comprehending' without using the primary index (referent) of 'self', in the first instance to do so. This is in fact why I was drawn to exegesis, because as we are dealing with interpretation, comprehension and the individual as interpreter, there can not be, unless we were to become totally solipsistic - an ideal authentic or essential interpretation of anything....only value laden (encompassed) approximations of understanding. To attempt is the important thing and in this attempt. we find the state of comprehension close to its near relative apprehension with all semantically that the term initiates.
