Abstract
I am always grateful that I can see the world with colours. I can’t even imagine if, day, colours were gone and I feel sorry for those who have never lived in a colourful world. I came from China where colour, as in any other country, has its specific cultural identity. Chinese culture attaches much to colours, for example, our food culture is very rich and colour is an important element of every dish –even on Travel China Guide, it says “To make real Chinese dishes, none of the three characteristics - colour, aroma, and delicious taste should be excluded.” That is right, colour comes first.
