Abstract
Part five of five in a series of lectures with Allan Sekula dealing with the history of photography and its relation to the bourgeois. On this recording, Sekula concludes his comments on 'the Family of Man' exhibition and discusses post-war film, Diane Arbus, post-war symbolism, Sylvia Plath, and documentary filmmaking.
