Abstract
In this lecture Anthony Mann discusses the characteristics and attributes of different typefaces. Mann talks about the skill and process of designing a typeface, and the different process’s of getting text onto paper press. Mann also talks about how different typefaces or letter forms have strong characteristics tied to nationalism. This is part 1 of lecture 22.
